We accept eligible returns within 20 days of delivery, provided that the following conditions are met:

-The garments must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition.

-We only accept returns of abayas in standard lengths of 130–150 cm, jilbabs in standard lengths of 160–180 cm, and skirts or sirwals in standard lengths of 90–105 cm.

-Garments made shorter or longer than our standard lengths are considered custom-made and cannot be returned.

-Other custom-made or personalised orders cannot be returned.

-Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

-The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and for ensuring that the package reaches us. We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping service.

-Please allow up to three weeks for your return to be processed after it reaches us.
