Abaya length:
The following measurements are the abaya length guide for your height. This size guide is for guidance only; we highly recommend you measure from the top of your shoulder and down to how long you want your abaya to be, in sha Allah.
Skirt or sirwal size:
Best is that you either measure a skirt you know is a good length on you, or measure yourself from hip or waist (depending on your preference) and down to how long you want your skirt to be. You can also take a look at this size chart for guidance :
Abaya width:
Please note that the measurements are the size of the abaya laying flat, one side, not circumference or your body measurements. We highly recommend that you measure yourself and consider the sizes in order to get the best fit, in sha Allah.
Not sure which size to choose?
Here’s a quick guide: generally, w2 suits those who usually wear size S, W3 fits a typical M, W4 works for L, and w5 for XL. For a wider fit, we recommend sizing up.
Since sizing can differ from store to store, we always recommend checking the measurements against our chart for the best fit.
Waist measurements of the skirts and sirwals:
Our skirts have an elastic band to make them comfortable and suitable for most body shapes. The measurement of our standard skirt (if you don’t choose plus size) is 38 to 60 cm, meaning measured straight over the elastic band when first not stretched and then when stretched. If you choose plus size, this measurement will be 50-90 cm.
Length of the top part of the abaya:
When you choose skirt or sirwal length, the length of the top part of the abaya will be suitable for that choice.
85-90 cm skirt or sirwal: 100 cm long
95-100 cm skirt or sirwal: 110 cm long
105-115 cm skirt or sirwal: 120 cm long
